Baserow Keyboard Shortcuts - Work Faster in Grid View
Keyboard shortcuts noticeably speed up everyday table work in Baserow: moving between cells, copying and pasting data, selecting ranges, and creating new rows.
General Shortcuts

Grid View Navigation

| Right arrow or Tab | Move to the cell on the right |
| Left arrow or Shift + Tab | Move to the cell on the left |
| Up arrow | Move to the cell above |
| Down arrow | Move to the cell below |
| Space | Open the expanded row |
| Esc | Close the expanded row |

Editing Data

| Cmd/Ctrl + V | Paste into the selected cell(s) |
| Enter or F2 | Enter cell edit mode |
| Enter (while editing) | Save the change |
| Shift + Enter | Insert a new row below the current one |
| Esc | Cancel editing |
| Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + S | Open the search bar |

Selecting a Range of Cells

|---|---|
| Shift + click | Select the range between two cells |
| Shift + Up/Down arrow | Expand the selection vertically |
| Shift + Left/Right arrow | Expand the selection horizontally |
