Collaborative Views in Baserow for Team Data Workflows

Collaborative views are shared across every workspace member who has access to the table. They let a team see and work with data consistently, which makes them a strong fit for team overviews, standardized workflows, and shared presentations.

How to create a collaborative view

1. Click the view dropdown at the top of the table.
2. Select a view type.
3. Make sure “Collaborative” is selected - it’s the default.
4. Enter a name for the view.
5. Click “Create view.”

Permissions and access

Visibility. Every workspace member with table access can see collaborative views.

Edit capability depends on the member’s role at the workspace and table level: some roles get full access to configure views, while others only get read access to the data. Permissions inherit down from the workspace and table, so there’s no separate permission layer to configure per view.
